The Corn Belt Ports are the nation’s leaders in modern, sustainable, *rural, regional, multi-modal, inland, partnership ports.
The Illinois Waterway Ports Commission implements its powers and authorities as a Special District to align regional priorities to influence state and federal programmatic funding for those areas which impact the IWPC.
*NOTE: Rural is defined as cities of less than 150,000 people.
